Mr. Kim Swanson
CEO and President

Kim has over 12 years experience within the healthcare industry. Of that, 8 years have been spent performing reimbursement audit for healthcare providers. Kim was responsible for developing and managing the audit process at Carondelet Healthcare Network in Tucson, Arizona. Also, he has consulted key management teams on contracting strategies. Furthermore, Kim took that experience and founded D&R where he can take that valuable experience and apply it to other providers, - both hospitals and healthcare systems. Prior to his career in healthcare, Kim was performing controller functions within the banking industry. Kim has a BS degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Ms. Connie McCotter
Vice President and Executive Auditor

Connie has over 5 years experience within the healthcare industry – both on the provider and consulting side. Connie has put her Masters degree in Public Administration with emphasis on Health Care Administration to use managing the audit staff at Discover & Recover. Prior to that, Connie has performed various reimbursement audit roles within a large health care system, Carondelet Health Network. At CHN, she was responsible for recovering millions of dollars for the system. In addition to her operations role, Connie has experience within rural healthcare assisting the University of Arizona Mobile Clinic Program. In addition to her Masters degree, Connie has a BS in Health and Human Services.

Mr. Doug Knolles
Director of Business Development

Doug has over 8 years experience within the healthcare industry. He has assumed many revenue strategy related positions ranging from financial analyst to administrator of a physician group. Doug has taken that operations experience and has applied it to the consulting arena helping provide solutions to other providers. Doug has assumed business development positions for healthcare consulting companies for the last three years. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, he was employed in the defense industry performing various controller positions. Doug was awarded a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona and a MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
